How the estimate works

Start with disclosures. Holdings and matching share counts come from the existing company filing history. Pace defaults divide the net change by elapsed calendar weeks, including zero-purchase periods and sales. Windows use actual available snapshots; missing dates are not filled with invented transactions.

Keep holdings and shares connected. Future sats per share equals projected BTC × 100,000,000 ÷ projected shares. Manual mode uses your constant weekly share assumption. Funding mode converts BTC purchase dollars into new common and preferred shares at your net issue prices, then adds other share changes. Preferred shares do not enter the common or diluted denominator. The advanced control changes net BTC buying pace monthly. It does not add investment returns to existing Bitcoin.

Read this as a scenario. Projections start on the disclosure date, not today. Future points are estimates. Funding mode holds prices, the funding split and the preferred rate fixed; it assumes capital can be raised. Debt, reserves and funding for dividend payments are not modeled. Gross BTC per share does not deduct senior claims. One-time transactions can distort historical averages. Gross backing is not net equity value or redeemable Bitcoin.

The model stops at 10 years, 21 million BTC, or an invalid holdings/share-count boundary. Dates are approximate. A historical pace is not company guidance.
